Nearly two months after Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia chaired multiple meetings with security agencies and claimed to have mitigated congestion at all major airports, Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) is again witnessing long queues and severe congestion at immigration and checking points.
This is the third time since last year that passengers at IGI Airport’s Terminal 3 have complained of long queues, unorganised checking counters and chaos while travelling. In November-December last year, passengers complained of 2 to 3 hours of long wait to get inside the airport and board the plane.
