Rajouri: A massive landslide that hit Dugran area on Mughal road on Sunday evening affected vehicular traffic for over twenty two hours, leaving behind a large number of people stranded on the road.
Officials told Greater Kashmir that a massive landslide took place at Dugran on Mughal road, causing closure of road and thus suspension of vehicular traffic.
“The road had been closed since late Sunday evening. Slide clearance work was put into motion on Monday morning and continued for several hours,” the officials said.
They said that the road was restored for traffic on Monday evening at around 7 pm and stranded vehicles were being cleared.
