The Metro Railway has decided to offer space on Metro station premises for promoting films.
Metro officials have encouraged film producers to take advantage of this opportunity to promote their movies to thousands of commuters who use the Metro every day.
Business houses, banking and financial institutions, education institutions, and healthcare providers can also opt for the offer to promote their brands, according to a Metro press release.
“ln this new initiative taken by the Traffic Department of Metro Railway, they will be allowed to set up their kiosks (of 20 sq. ft. area) at all north-south and east-west Metro stations, except Dumdum, on the vacant spaces of the station premises. These kiosks can be installed at a nominal rate for a day/week/month basis,” the release says.
