HYDERABAD: The death toll in the Khammam cylinder explosion has risen to four with a migrant worker from Maharashtra succumbing to injuries at NIMS. Police said that six others who suffered injuries in the April 12 accident are out of danger.
Three persons lost their lives when the gas cylinder went off at a BRS party event in Cheemalapadu village. The blast occurred when a hut caught fire when BRS supporters were bursting crackers. Sandeep, 36, who was admitted to NIMS, had both his legs amputated.
“He suffered the most severe injuries in the blast. Doctors performed a criticial surgery.
