The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath’s nephew Ratul Puri in connection with a bank fraud case from Delhi, news agency ANI reported on Tuesday morning. He will be produced before a court in Delhi later today where the agency will seek his custody to interrogate him.
ED officials told PTI that Puri has been arrested by the agency in connection with a Rs 354 crore bank loan fraud case. They said Puri was placed under arrest under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) late Monday night.
