Jammu & Kashmir government shall undertake an exercise to evaluate the impact of developmental projects taken up under different programmes in the state.
An official told Greater Kashmir that Finance department has decided to go for “quick impact analysis” of the ongoing and the completed projects in the State.
“The main objective of the exercise is to assess whether benefits of these projects are reaching to the target groups. We will also see what corrections are needed for giving benefits of these projects to masses,” he said.
To begin with, officials of Finance department would evaluate impact of the projects being taken up in different departments like Roads & Building, Public Health Engineering, Public Health Engineering, etc.
