NEW DELHI: Naveen Jindal’s Jindal Power is learnt to have submitted an expression of interest (EoI) for GoAir (GoFirst) that stopped flying in May, say sources. Two foreign parties had also submitted EoIs but they did not qualify, making Jindal the sole player in the fray. NCLT-appointed GoAir resolution professional Shailendra Ajmera is examining the EoI.
Hisar-based Jindal Steel & Power is a non scheduled operator permit holder (NSOP, charter operator). The DGCA website shows it has a nine-seater Cessna 560XL aircraft.
