Mumbai: The management of troubled carrier Jet AirwaysNSE -17.61 % is in talks with more than 15 companies including rival carriers to facilitate alternative employment for its distressed staff even as the grounded airline struggles to find an investor, critical to its survival.
Meanwhile, three executives at its top management team have resigned and two others have gone on leave, said a person in the know.
Jet’s chief people officer, Rahul Taneja, has been in talks with his peers at Vistara and SpiceJet as well as e-commerce companies such as Amazon trying to get them to hire Jet employees, especially those employed as cabin crew.
