Mumbai: Jet AirwaysNSE -2.27 % on Wednesday said that its transactions with group companies have always complied with the relevant laws, and that the airline has not received any notice yet from tax authorities on the subject.
Jet Airways, which has faced financial turbulence lately, was responding to a February 26 ET report that said the I-T authorities had discovered irregularities in the carrier’s transactions with Dubai-based group companies, and that the authorities might ask the airline to explain these related-party deals.
