The Indian Railways cancelled over 194 trains till noon on Wednesday, September 7. A total of 314 trains have been affected which includes 194 cancelled trains, 32 source-changed trains, 36 shortly-terminated trains, 16 rescheduled trains and 36 diverted trains.
Train operations are complex which leads to diversion, rescheduling and cancellation of trains for providing users with a better experience. There can be several reasons behind train cancellations, diversions and rescheduling such as disastrous climate, damaged tracks or maintenance problems.
