Another achievement has been added to the railway works of Hazaribag Lok Sabha. After Vande Bharat Express, the area got the gift of Intercity Express. The Ranchi-New Giridih Intercity Express train was inaugurated on Tuesday. It is being operated via Jamua, Dhanwar, Maheshpur Halt, Koderma, Hazaribag Town, Barkakana, Mesra and Tatisilwai.
MP Hazaribag Co-Chairman Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance Jayant Sinha had been trying for a long time to start it from Hazaribag. His efforts have achieved great success. With the introduction of the Intercity Express train, lakhs of passengers will now get immense convenience. Jayant Sinha welcomed this train in Hazaribag and travelled in its Vistadome Coach.
