On September 3, 2007, the Noida Authority allotted an industrial Plot No. 01, Sector 90, Noida to CBS International Projects Ltd (CBS) for the establishment of an information technology (IT) and IT enabled services (ITeS) Park under the Industrial Land Service Investment Policy 2004 of the government of Uttar Pradesh. This was followed by execution of a 90-year lease deed on May 26, 2008.
