Shares of InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) climbed 4% to Rs 2,563.9 in Friday’s trade on BSE after the airline introduced a fuel charge of up to Rs 1,000 to offset the rising cost of Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF).
The fuel charge is applicable on domestic and international routes, and will be effective from October 6, the firm said in a statement.
