MUMBAI: India’s largest carrier in terms of market share, IndiGo on Thursday launched flights to its hundredth destination Ras Al Khaimah, with a non-stop flight from Mumbai.
While Ras Al Khaimah is the 100th overall destination, it is 11th in Middle East in the airline’s network.
The A320 NEO operating flight 6E-1371 departed Mumbai at 11.12 am and landed at Ras Al Khaimah at 12.14 pm. The aircraft received a ceremonial water cannon salute as it taxied to the terminal, said the airline.
