PUNE: IndiGo has commenced operations in Salem, the 82nd domestic and 114th overall destination in the 6E network, airline officials said on Monday.
The airline will seamlessly connect Salem to Chennai daily from October 29 and to Hyderabad, and Bengaluru four times a week from October 30.
This strategic launch will enhance interstate accessibility and foster economic growth in the region, aligning with the regional connectivity scheme’s objectives, officials said.
