Dense fog was witnessed in parts of Delhi and nearby regions on Saturday morning, even as visibility improved in several areas. According to news agency ANI, the persistently low visibility has caused disruptions in the arrival and departure times of numerous trains bound for Delhi.
Train services bore the brunt of the fog for the fifth consecutive day, leading to delays for 30 Delhi-bound trains.
Yesterday, a total of 11 trains have been delayed due to dense fog in the north Indian states. On Thursday, around 22 Delhi-bound trains including Rajdhani Express were affected due to the poor visibility.
