The Indian Railways has designated three special trains for pilgrims wishing to travel from Tripura to Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh to participate in prayers at the Ram temple. The decision came in response to Tripura’s Chief Minister, Manik Saha, reaching out to Railways Minister Ashwani Vaishnaw, requesting special trains to Ayodhya from Agartala. BJP Yuva Morcha leader Rana Ghosh shared details of the initiative, emphasizing the significance of these special trains.
Tripura- Ayodhya train travel: Date and capacity
The three dedicated trains for Ayodhya will depart from Tripura on January 31, February 21, and February 27, respectively. Each train has the capacity to carry 1,640 passengers from the state.
