NEW DELHI: The Indian Aviation Academy (IAA), a JV of Airports Authority of India (AAI), Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), and Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS), conducted a training programme on “executive development program-executive competency enhancements skills” from May 22-26, 2023. The programme was designed to cater to evolving demands of the aviation industry. Aviation professionals from various national and international airports participated in the programme, which served as a platform for
knowledge exchange and skill development. “The programme focused on equipping executives with the essential competencies required to excel in today’s dynamic business environment. With a holistic approach to executive development, the curriculum encompassed a wide range of topics and interactive sessions, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience,” AAI said in a statement.
