The India-US CEO forum, led by Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran and ATC CEO James Taiclet, has set up three new working groups in the areas of financial services, trade and investment, health and pharmaceuticals and defence and aerospace to formulate strategies for cooperation and growth.
“Both the India-US Commercial Dialogue meeting and the CEO forum participation involved very good interaction between the two sides,” said Commerce Secretary Anup Wadhawan at a press conference following the meetings.
The CEOs from both countries provided their recommendations relating to energy, water, environment, information and communication technology, emerging technologies, digital infrastructure, entrepreneurship and inclusive growth, promoting small business and infrastructure and manufacturing.
