NEW DELHI: India on Friday made a strong pitch for a diversified supply chain in the renewable energy sector as well as access to low-cost financing for the emerging and developing economies to hasten the pace of energy transition.
“As far as challenges (of energy transition) are concerned, supply chain diversification and storage are two key issues… I would also like to highlight the importance of availability of low-cost finance for emerging and developing countries to achieve energy transition in an equitable manner.
