CHANDIGARH: Due to a technical snag, an Indian Air Force (IAF) helicopter had to make an emergency landing on the Kundli-Ghaziabad-Palwal (Eastern Peripheral Expressway) on Friday. There was no injury to anyone or damage to any property, they said. “A Cheetah helicopter was proceeding from Hindan to Halwara for a routine Air Force task.
Approximately 14NM (nautical mile) out of Hindan, the helicopter developed technical snag and carried out precautionary landing on Eastern Peripheral Expressway,” the Defence Ministry said in a statement in Delhi.
