BENGALURU: A 28-year-old software engineer returning from Germany stepped out of Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) without picking up one of his bags. It, however, had been collected by another passenger.
Satish (name changed), 28, a resident of Thimmaiah Layout in Whitefield, landed here on an Emirates flight around 3am on July 30.
He told KIA police that his bag, which contained a laptop, his MTech marks card, the Germany City register and deregister documents, a wireless headphone, mobile phone chargers and adaptors, and Rs 3,000 cash, was taken away by a passenger who had arrived from Sharjah in the early hours on July 30.
