The Bombay High Court has restrained the Enforcement Directorate (ED) from taking any coercive steps against Naresh Goyal, founder of bankrupt airline Jet Airways, and his wife Anita Goyal in an alleged money laundering case till its next hearing on January 31.
Granting temporary relief to the Goyals, a division bench of Justices Revati Mohite-Dere and Prithviraj Chavan observed, “They (Goyals) submit that the complaint lodged with the (Mumbai) Police has resulted in the filing of a summary report by the police.”
