The Delhi High Court on Monday asked the Delhi Metro to inform it about the modalities of payment with respect to the outstanding amount due to Reliance Infrastructure’s Delhi Airport Metro Express Private Limited (DAMEPL) under the terms of the May 2017 arbitral award.
Justice V Kameswar Rao of Delhi High Court made the observation during the hearing, after Senior Advocate Maninder Singh, appearing for Delhi Metro informed the court that a meeting between the Centre, the Delhi government and other stakeholders is fixed for November 10 to discuss the matter and some proposals are expected to come out of it.
