Heavy rain played havoc for the second consecutive day that resulted in waterlogging and heavy traffic snarls at several places across the city.
According to the IMD, in the last 48 hours, Gurugram received 158 mm of rain which caused water-logging and flood like situation on multiple stretches and areas in the city. Both vehicular traffic and pedestrian movement have been disrupted due to waterlogging on several major and connecting roads in the city.
According to the data released by the local administration, the Gurugram city on Thursday recorded a rainfall of 158 mm, Pataudi 129 mm, Sohna 104 mm, Farukhnagar 76 mm, Manesar 127 mm and Wazirabad 128 mm.
