The state government has given its nod to the second phase of Western Bypass. It will connect the first phase of the bypass at Kaithal road with Hansi road near Ghoghripur village.
The stretch will be of 5.8-km long and will be constructed in one and a half years at a cost of Rs 31 crore.
“The state government has approved the proposal. Now, we have received the administrative approval,” said Virender Jakhar, SE, PWD B&R.
