India is yet to decide on lifting a nearly month-long ban on air travel, civil aviation minister Hardeep Singh Puri said, seeking to stop airlines that have started taking new ticket bookings from 4 May onwards.
“No decision has been taken so far to commence operations of domestic & International flights post the Lockdown,” Puri tweeted on Sunday.
Puri said airlines “shall be given sufficient notice & time for restarting operations”.
