GE Power India Limited (GEPIL) has appointed Mahesh Palashikar as the Chairman of the company’s Board. Palashikar succeeds Vishal K Wanchoo who retires on June 1, 2020.
Palashikar will be taking this responsibility in addition to his current role as the President and CEO of GE South Asia. GEPIL also appointed Vijay Sharma, Chief Financial Officer as Whole-time Director of the Company from May 30, 2020 in place of Sanjeev Agarwal, Whole-time Director.
