BENGALURU: The India Pavilion at the 14th edition of Aero India — scheduled from February 13 to 17 — will have a fixed-wing platform theme to showcase India’s growth in the area while pointing to future prospects.
A full-scale light combat aircraft (Tejas) in final operational clearance (FOC) configuration will be at the centre stage of the pavilion. There will also be a section for defence space, new technologies and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), which will give an insight into India’s growth in each sector.
The India Pavilion will further showcase the country’s growth in developing an ecosystem for fixed-wing platform which includes the demonstration of various structural modules, simulators, and systems (LRUs) of Tejas aircraft being produced by private partners.
