A minor fire broke out on a stretch of grass near the runway of the Solapur airport in Maharashtra on Sunday night.
The fire was doused in 30 minutes.
Initial reports said that the fire was caused because of the bursting of firecrackers.
It occurred just after the lighting the candles, diyas initiative on Sunday at 9 m for 9 minutes.
