The deadline for updating your FASTag KYC was February 29 as set by the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). “One Vehicle, One FASTag” is a campaign that NHAI has started to prevent owners of single cars from participating in the multiple FASTag scheme
ET Online called the NHAI helpline number 1033, and the customer care employee confirmed that the deadline has not extended. According to the NHAI press release dated January 15, 2024, “FASTags with valid balance but with incomplete KYC will get deactivated/blacklisted by banks post 29 February 2024.”
