A caution order has been issued to engine crew of all types of the trains like passenger train, goods train and long distance train to have ‘ sharp look out with long whistling at stretches for the railway lines where there will be crossing Chhath devotees in this coming Chhath festival beginning November 17.
Daltonganj railway station superintendent Umesh Kumar said this caution order is mainly for the safety of lives of people who just go unmindful of risks in such holy and festive occasions while trespassing the railway lines.
He said the engine crew has been cautioned to even pull a brake to stop the train if there is found assemblage of people negotiating the railway lines.
