India converts crude oil into diesel and petrol more than its domestic consumption. That means the country has adequate refinery capacities. A very small portion of the diesel and petrol is being imported in processed form. The refiners in India process the crude and export it to various countries with Singapore at the top of the list followed by UAE, Turkey, USA.
