Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) receives details of passengers affected due to denied boarding from the scheduled domestic airlines as part of monthly submission of traffic data. The data reveals that during the 6 months period from May to October 2019, Air India tops the list of denying boarding to confirmed passengers. It is followed by Spice Jet.
