NEW DELHI: Delhi Metro has made changes to the entry and exit points of the busy Sarojini Nagar metro station to improve passenger experience.
Gate 1 has been designated for entry and Gate 2 for exit only. Fare collection points at each of these gates have been doubled.
Under this remodelling work, Gate 1, which is the west side of the station near the Sarojini Nagar market, has been designated for commuter’s entry only, the DMRC said. Earlier, this side had six fare collection gates, each for entry and exit which has now been modified to 14 gates exclusively for commuters entering the station.
