New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Monday asked SpiceJet managing director Ajay Singh to be personally present before it on September 5 for non-compliance of its asset disclosure order in a seven-year-old share-transfer dispute.
Justice Yogesh Khanna, while issuing summon orders, pulled up Singh for failing to comply with its June 1 order that asked the low-cost airline to furnish details of its assets. It further directed Spicejet to file an affidavit disclosing all its assets before September 5, the next date of hearing.
