Following the spread of coronavirus, Indian government has been in consultation with the Chinese authorities about the evacuation of Indian nationals trapped in Wuhan city. New Delhi has requested Beijing for a permission to operate two flights to bring back Indians from Hubei province capital. The embassy is in touch with Chinese authorities on the ground to work out necessary logistics and has started sharing evacuation ‘consent forms’ online with Indians stranded in Wuhan.”Chinese Government requested for permission to operate two flights to bring back our nationals from Hubei Province of China. Earlier the foreign ministry spokesman had tweeted, “We have begun the process to prepare for evacuation of Indian nationals affected by the situation arising out of Corona-2019 virus outbreak in Hubei Province, China.”
