The Delhi High Court on Tuesday asked the resolution professional (RP) of grounded Go First airline to file an affidavit explaining as to why it was not carrying out maintenance of the leased aircraft and had also denied inspection and access to records of the aircraft, as alleged by the lessors led by DAE (SY 22) 13 Ireland Designated Activity Co.
