Due to the apathy of the Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana, the broken stretch and uncovered manholes on Khaal Road of Shaheed Udham Singh Nagar in the Giaspura area were posing a threat to the lives of commuters. The residents blamed that development takes a back seat in the area.
