After the Delhi Lieutenant Governor (L-G) Vinai Kumar Saxena ordered a probe into the power subsidy scam, the State BJP unit on Thursday took a jibe at the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and said that his role in the ‘scam’ should also be investigated.
Addressing the media, the Leader of Opposition Ramvir Singh Bidhuri said that the active role of Kejriwal in the power subsidy scam in the Capital should be probed as his relations with the power companies have been suspicious since the beginning.
“Due to these relations, Kejriwal managed the appointments of his close aides as the director of power companies and paved the way for the benefits of thousands of crores,” Bidhuri said.
