Russia has refused Pakistan discounted oil at the rate it has offered to India, citing its supply commitment to big buyers.
The Russian refusal came during a recent meeting between the two sides in Moscow. Pakistan was represented at the talks by state minister for petroleum Musadik Malik, secretary petroleum Capt (retd) Muhammad Mahmood and other officials.
