CMPDI, a Mini-Ratna Company, celebrated the Coal India Foundation Day with fervour on Monday at Rabindra Bhawan, CMPDI. The Chief Guest of this occasion, Sunil Kumar Barnwal (IAS), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India said that Coal India & CMPDI is the backbone of the country and play an important role in growth of coal industry as well as country and every citizens are indebted to Coal India. He said that CMPDI can play a big role in the earth science related industry through addition of some extra resources. He emphasized on utilization of NMET fund for exploration of coal and other mineral resources.
