Central Coalfield Limited (CCL) achieved all-time high coal production of 68.85 million tonnes (MT) in the last fiscal 2021-22. In the ongoing fiscal 2022-23, CCL has a target of 76 MT of coal production. Compared to the production till February in last fiscal the company has attained a growth of 11 per cent in coal production. This comes forward during review meeting of the company.
Chairman, Coal India Limited (CIL), Pramod Agarwal on Thursday presided over a review meeting of CCL and Coal Mine Planning and Design Institute (CMPDI) at CCL headquarter in the State Capital. Agrawal exuded confidence that the company would be able to achieve the desired target in this fiscal year. He issued necessary instructions in this regards.
