In the run up to G-20 Summit preparations, the Delhi Police on Tuesday said it has imparted ‘Helicopter slithering operation’ training’ to its newly recruited commandos.
“This kind of Helicopter-based training is the first of its kind effort by Delhi Police to train its commandos. The slithering training was given to 55 male, 25 female and 15 SWAT commandos. The exercise was conducted by using MI-17 Helicopters assisted by BSF at the ground of Delhi Police Academy, Jharoda Kalan, Delhi,” the police said in a statement.
