The Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) has achieved a significant milestone with the successful completion of the re-carpeting and refurbishment of Runway 10/28 (RWY 10/28), also known as the second runway, at the Indira Gandhi International Airport.
Following the completion of the project, the runway has been handed over to Air Traffic Control (ATC) for commercial operations starting February 3, 2024. This development now brings the total number of operational runways at Delhi Airport to four, catering to the increasing air traffic demands.
