Kolkata: Bridge and Roof Company, a city-based construction firm under the Union ministry of heavy industries, has bagged engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts worth approximately Rs 1,600 crore for the installation of flue gas desulphurisation (FGD) plants at two thermal power stations (TPP) in Chhattisgarh.
The PSU has tied up with ASTIC Environmental Engineering Co, Japan, for technical assistance required to implement the projects at 1×500 Korba thermal power station and 2×500 MW Marwa thermal power station, which are run under Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company (CSPGCL).
