Special court on Thursday rejected the interim bail application on health grounds by Bhushan Power Steel Limited (BPSL) Sanjay Singal in the money laundering case.
He has further remanded to judicial custody till 19 December by Special judge Bharat Parashar.
The application was strongly opposed by Public Prosecutor Nitesh Rana on the ground that whenever during the course of custody of accused with Enforcement Directorate he was taken to Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Hopsital (LNJP Hospital) then on all such occasions he refused to obtain any treatment.
