Boeing has repeatedly delayed its Starliner program due to technical issues in recent months. According to a report by CNBC, the company announced that it is confident to have these issues ironed out by March 2023. The company has also reportedly promised that the Starliner spacecraft will be ready to test its reusable crew capsule with live NASA astronauts aboard.

In a press conference, Boeing VP and Starliner manager Mark Nappi said, “Based on the current plans, we’re anticipating that we’re going to be ready with the spacecraft in early March.
