Social media influencer Bobby Kataria who was booked for allegedly smoking on board a SpiceJet flight has got anticipatory bail from a Delhi court.
Kataria was booked in August following a huge public outcry over a video which showed him smoking inside a flight, but he later claimed it was shot inside a “dummy” plane for his biopic.
Kataria, who according to the police is on the run, has a non-bailable warrant against him over a First Information Report under sections 3 (1)(c) of Suppression of Unlawful Acts Against the Safety of Civil Aviation Act, 1982.
