Hearing a petition filed by NGO Common Cause, a three judge bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justices Madan B Lokur, Kurian Joseph and AK Sikri on October 12, 2015 passed the following Order:
We have heard learned counsel for the parties and have also gone through the written submissions given by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). From the written submissions, it appears that the CBI has recovered certain documents, which have been detailed in the written submissions.
